At our courses, practical learning takes precedence. In the Cooking (Basic Classical Cooking Skills) course, you'll dive straight into the kitchen. You'll attend classes on Monday evenings from 4.30 PM to 10.00 PM for 10 weeks, totalling 10 inspiring sessions.
